Welcome to the Boulder Youth Football's online registration system.

We are looking forward to a great 2019 season! Below is some important information about registration.

Boulder Youth Football waiver release/code of conduct
You will also be asked to read and approve Boulder Youth Football's waiver release and code of conduct for players and parents. This is important information for you and your player to read and sign. Your registration will not be considered complete until the waiver release and code of conduct are read and approved.

Birth certificate/medical release
Birth certificates for new players and current sports physicals for all players will be requested by your team's manager prior to the start of practice. Players will not be allowed to practice until a copy of their birth certificate and current sports release are on file.

Payment
Payment via credit card is taken at the time of registration. You also have the option of mailing your payment or paying via PayPal. The address is provided during the checkout process.  In order to qualify for Early Bird Pricing, you payment must be recieved before June 1st.  If you require assistance with the registration fee, please complete the Scholarhip Request form here.

New players: New players will be placed on existing teams with openings at the coach's discretion. After an existing team hits capacity, new players will be placed on a waitlist. A new team will be formed once we have enough waitlisted players to fill a team and we are able to recruit a coach for that team.  If we don't have enough interest to fill a new team, waitlisted players will receive a refund. It is our policy to make every effort to ensure that all kids who want to play have a chance to do so.

Team Splits: In the event that we have enough players to form two or more teams at an age level, it is our intent to create teams that compete at the CCMFL's Division I and Division II levels. This ensures that players are safely competing at a level that complements their experience and ability. All players will be evaluated starting the week of August 5 and then placed on a Division I or Division II team at the coaches' discretion.

If you are interested in coaching, either as head coach or an assistant, please contact Kip Villarreal at .

2019 Registration

Welcome to the 2019 season!

Welcome to Boulder Youth Football, home of the Boulder Bears Youth Tackle Football Club!

This football program takes pride on providing a high-quality program that not only teaches players football fundamentals but also helps build confidence, character, and growth of the individual and team as a whole. This is a dynamic, volunteer-run community with a dedicated and enthusiastic group of coaches that take the safety and development of your children very seriously. Overall, the goal is to create lifelong enthusiasts of the great game of football.

The registration fee for 2019 is $375; with an early-bird discount of $50 if you register and pay in full before June 1st.  Registered players from the same family save $25 for each additional player registered.  You can pay with a credit card during the registration process.  You also pay via PayPal (boulderbearsfootball@gmail.com), physical check (address shown during registration process), or contact us for other arrangments (such as a payment plan).  To receive the Early Bird Discount, your payment must be received before June 1st.  If we do not receive payment before June 1st, you will be charged the full registration fee.  If you need assistance with the registration fee, simply complete the Scholarship Form.

The registration fee includes both a Home and Away jersey, but no other equipment.  Please click the "Equipment" button on the left for the required equipment.  Players will be fitted for their jerseys when practice begins in August.

All players are required to have a current physical by the first week of practice in August. Your doctor's standard activities/sports release form will suffice. Forms will be collected at practice.  Hilltop Chiropractic in Boulder will conduct Sports Physicals for $25.

The program is offering teams in the 7, 8 (7/8s are a combined team), 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13-year-old age levels. Players must reside in Boulder (includes unincorporated) or in a neighboring community without a youth tackle program (Nederland, Lyons, Niwot). If you are unsure whether your child is eligible to play with the Boulder Bears, please contact us and we will help you determine in which program(s) your child can participate.

If you are new to the program or looking for additional information regarding next season, please join our mailing list.
